We work with some of the biggest names in the courier world—including DPD, Royal Mail, and DHL. Through these partnerships, we’re driving down emissions with regular reporting and implementing innovative warehouse and logistics processes.
We work closely with a select group of trusted agencies who help us source additional staff when needed. We thoroughly vet their efforts to prevent modern slavery and maintain a whistleblowing policy.
We are a remote-first business and support staff working from many different locations. We use the latest technology to stay connected and productive, no matter where we are.
We recycle extensively across all ECO Sites. At ECO2 and ECO3, 93% of our waste was recycled in January 2025, with the remaining 7% converted to energy.
Packaging is central to our business, and we take its environmental impact seriously. We partner with packaging suppliers committed to helping us achieve our goals of reducing our use of plastic wherever we can and using 100% recyclables where we can’t.
As of Q4 2024, women made up 33% of our workforce and 50% of our leadership team. We are committed to investing in women’s professional growth and success.
We strategically chose our warehouse locations near public transport hubs, making sustainable commuting easier for our employees.
Our company vehicles and warehouse machinery are powered by 100% electricity.
We’re committed to making a positive impact in our local communities. In October 2024, we organised a beach clean-up in Shoreham-by-Sea—demonstrating our environmental stewardship as well as building team spirit.
